Acceptance of Terms

By registering for classes, using our website, or visiting our studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Description of Services

Wolfgulch LLC provides arts and crafts instruction, including but not limited to:

• Watercolor painting classes
• Pottery and ceramics instruction
• Glass art and mosaic workshops
• Woodworking classes
• Jewelry making instruction
• Textile arts workshops
• Studio space rental
• Private instruction and consultations

Class Registration and Payment

Registration Requirements

To register for classes, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age (or have parental consent if under 18)
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Agree to our safety policies and procedures
• Pay applicable fees in advance

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of registration
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• All prices are subject to change without notice
• Returned payments incur a $35 processing fee
• No refunds for missed classes due to student absence

Class Schedules

• Class schedules are subject to change due to instructor availability or unforeseen circumstances
• Students will be notified of schedule changes with at least 24 hours notice when possible
• Make-up classes will be offered for any classes cancelled by the studio
• Classes with insufficient enrollment may be cancelled or rescheduled

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Student Cancellations

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before class start date: 90% refund
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before class start date: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before class start date: No refund
• No refunds for missed individual class sessions
• Medical emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Studio Cancellations

• If we cancel a class, students will receive a full refund or credit toward future classes
• Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled when possible
• Equipment failures or facility issues may result in class cancellation with full refund

Studio Policies and Safety

Safety Requirements

For the safety of all participants:

• Closed-toe shoes are required in all workshop areas
• Long hair must be tied back when using certain equipment
• Students must follow all instructor safety guidelines
• Protective equipment must be worn when required
• No eating or drinking in workshop areas
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult

Studio Conduct

We maintain a respectful and inclusive environment. The following behaviors are prohibited:

• Disruptive or disrespectful behavior toward staff or other students
• Use of inappropriate language or discriminatory comments
• Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances
• Use of studio equipment without proper instruction
• Photography or video recording without permission

Health and Medical Considerations

• Students must inform instructors of any health conditions that may affect participation
• We are not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines
• Students participate in classes at their own risk
• Emergency medical information should be provided during registration

Intellectual Property

Website Content

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is protected by copyright and owned by Wolfgulch LLC or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without written permission.

Student Artwork

• Students retain ownership of artwork they create in our classes
• We may photograph student work for promotional purposes with permission
• Students grant us permission to display their work in our gallery spaces
• We will credit students when their work is featured in marketing materials

Class Materials and Techniques

Teaching methods, curriculum, and proprietary techniques developed by Wolfgulch LLC are protected intellectual property and may not be used for commercial purposes without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wolfgulch LLC shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury or property damage occurring on our premises
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid for services
• Issues arising from third-party services or products

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wolfgulch LLC, its owners, employees, and instructors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Class Action Waiver

You agree not to participate in class action lawsuits against Wolfgulch LLC related to these Terms of Service or your use of our services.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services for any violation of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination:

• Your access to classes and facilities will be revoked
• Any prepaid fees may be refunded on a prorated basis
• You must remove any personal property from our premises
• Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination

Force Majeure

Wolfgulch LLC shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters or severe weather
• Government actions or regulations
• Labor strikes or supply shortages
• Technical failures or equipment breakdowns
• Public health emergencies

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Invalid provisions will be replaced with valid provisions that most closely reflect the original intent.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and any class-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wolfgulch LLC regarding your use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Teton County, Wyoming.

Age Requirements

Adult Classes (18+)

Most of our classes are designed for adults 18 years and older. Some exceptions may be made for mature students 16-17 years old with parental consent.

Youth Programs (Ages 8-17)

Special youth programs require:

• Completed parental consent forms
• Emergency contact information
• Health information and any special needs
• Pick-up and drop-off procedures
